Caldwell County Offices Will Be Closed for Memorial Day Monday, May 29, 2017
Please fill out the form below completely to request standby services. Requests must be made two (2) weeks prior to the event to allow ample time for planning and coverage. Prior to filling out the form, please review the information on fees.
Currently, Caldwell County does not charge a fee for standby services. This includes services for a standard unit, bike team, special response unit or an EMS Supervisor / single paramedic resource.
Any request for more than two units requires the addition of an EMS Supervisor.
The fee schedule is renewed each year and is subject to change through the adoption of the County’s annual budget. A new fee schedule goes into effect on July 1 of each year, at the beginning of the County’s fiscal year. Standby units can consist of the following:
Should the date or time change, please notify us in advance. Additionally, should you need to contact our Special Events section on the day of your event then please contact Communications at 828-758-2324. If you have any further questions or concerns please contact Caldwell County EMS at 828-757-1424 (office) or via e-mail.
By submitting this form, the event organizer attests that he/she has the authority to request the standby and assumes financial responsibility should the standby be approved and staffed.
