Sealed Bids for the construction of the Western Elevated Water Storage Tank will be received, Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. by Caldwell County, in the City/County Chambers, Caldwell County Administrative Building at 905 West Avenue NW, Lenoir, NC 28645, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing a new 200,000 gallon elevated storage tank including foundation, incidental piping, valves, site work, and incidental electrical work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
