Can grandparents or friends bring children in for services?

A child can be seen without a legal guardian present if a written letter with specifics (who is bringing the child in, for what, and how they are associated with the child) included is signed and dated by a legal guardian is presented at the time of visit. Some teen services are excluded from this requirement.

The Dental Clinic has its own policy regarding who can bring children for appointments. Please contact the Dental Clinic for more information.
