One-Stop Disaster Resource Center
Connects individuals, small businesses, and private-nonprofit groups impacted by Tropical Storm Helene with disaster recovery resources.
Services available include:
- Help with applying for FEMA’s individual assistance program and appealing FEMA decisions.
- Answers to questions and assistance with appeals through NC Emergency Management
- Assistance with the SBA loan process
- Help working through challenges caused by the storm and identifying available resources through the NC Disaster Case Management program
- Assistance applying for private property debris removal
The resource center is located on the third floor of the Health and Human Services Building, 2345 Morganton Boulevard, Lenoir, and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
